Interactive and Gallery Directory Oklahoma City, OK

Client Overview

Headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK, Chesapeake Energy Corporation (Chesapeake) is one of the largest independent producers of oil and natural gas in the United States, generating over $4.5 billion in revenue in 2005.

Chesapeake’s success is due in large part to its commitment to employees and communities in which they operate. This is best exemplified at the company’s newly constructed 50-acre Oklahoma City campus, which currently includes 28 individual buildings with approximately 540,000 square feet of office space. Chesapeake plans to add an additional 302,000 square feet of office space by 2009. The well designed, beautifully landscaped campus is done in the Georgian-style architecture reminiscent of the Chesapeake Bay Region. Over 1,600 people work on campus.

Nexus partnered with Chesapeake on the installation of a campus-wide digital signage network. From content management software and application design and development to hardware procurement and on-site integration, Nexus successfully delivered a turnkey solution that has allowed Chesapeake to extract the most value from its investment and enhance the end-user experience. The digital signs have become a prominent fixture on campus, communicating a wealth of information to employees, partners and visitors.
